    Job Title: Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) Driver

    Job Locations (ONLY): Lindsay, Visalia, Hanford, Lemoore, Coalinga, Avenal, Huron

    Job Summary:

    Are you a reliable and safety-conscious driver with a passion for helping others? We are looking for dedicated NEMT Drivers to join our team and provide safe, timely, and courteous transportation to medical patients. In this role, you will operate company vehicles while maintaining a strict adherence to schedules and safety protocols. If you take pride in your driving record, have a strong commitment to passenger care, and thrive in a professional, patient-centered environment, we would love to meet you.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Safely transport members (patients) to and from designated locations while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.

    Perform routine vehicle safety checks and promptly report any maintenance needs.

    Assist passengers in boarding and exiting the vehicle, ensuring their comfort and safety at all times.

    Provide friendly and respectful interaction with all passengers.

    Maintain accurate trip logs and ensure timely arrival for all pick-ups and drop-offs.

    Qualifications:

    Valid Class D driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL preferred).

    Ability to pass background and MVR screenings.

    Prior experience as a professional driver or in a medical setting is a plus.

    Strong knowledge of GPS and route-following capabilities.

    Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.

    U.S. citizenship.

    Must be 23 years of age or older.

    Willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed.

    Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills.
