Experienced Driver Manager!

• 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM
• 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM

Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive Driver Manager to represent both drivers and the company. You’ll ensure smooth operations by managing driver performance, optimizing routes, and maintaining strong communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with drivers.
• Manage revenue, mileage, and fuel efficiency goals.
• Ensure safe and efficient operations, addressing performance issues as needed.
• Proactively communicate with drivers, planners, and CSRs.
• Update ETAs and respond to phone calls promptly.
• Conduct daily driver check-ins and ensure smooth weekly starts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of the Transportation, Operations, or Logistics industries.
• Strong conflict resolution and communication skills.
• Experience with TMW Office Suite is a plus.
