PuroClean of Central Southwest Houston is looking for a motivated, dependable individual to join our team as a Driver/Mover Packer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting personal property and belongings in residential and commercial settings, ensuring everything is packed and handled with the utmost care. Reporting to the Contents Pack-out Manager, the Driver/Mover Packer will work under supervision, as well as independently, to restore property affected by catastrophic events like fire, water, or storm damage.

Key Responsibilities:

Packing & Transporting: Safely pack, load, and transport personal property.

Disassembly/Reassembly: Disassemble/reassemble furniture and belongings as needed.

Inventory & Documentation: Track and inventory items, ensuring clear chain of custody.

Deodorization & Cleaning: Assist with deodorization and cleaning of items.

Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine vehicle safety and maintenance checks.

Customer Service: Provide professional service, addressing client concerns.

Safety: Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Physical Tasks: Lift and carry items up to 75 lbs, including setting up ladders for roof access.

Multilingual: English fluency required; Spanish is a plus.

Education: High School diploma or GED.

Skills and Qualifications:

Communication: Strong verbal and written skills.

Tech-savvy: Experience with tablets, Encircle, and Microsoft Office.

Attention to Detail: Highly detail-oriented when packing and documenting.

Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and carry equipment.

Driver's License: Valid license with a clean MVR in compliance with insurance requirements.

Languages: English required, Spanish a plus.

Experience: Previous moving/packing experience a plus at least 5 years; IICRC certification is a bonus.
