Responsibilities as a Driver Recruiter:

• ✅ Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies to increase growth and retention within the company.
• ✅ Goal Setting: Set clear recruitment goals and objectives.
• ✅ Campaign Creation: Create and run effective recruitment campaigns to attract top talent.
• ✅ Candidate Response: Respond to candidate inquiries quickly and professionally.
• ✅ Session Scheduling: Schedule and lead informational and orientation sessions for prospective Independent Contractors (ICs).
• ✅ Application Process Management: Ensure a smooth and efficient application process, from contract signing to vehicle assignment.
• ✅ Applicant Tracking: Manage and update applicant tracking systems to ensure all candidates are followed up with.
• ✅ Report Maintenance: Maintain accurate reports to track and analyze recruitment progress.
• ✅ Support: Provide backup support to the Retention Manager as needed.
• ✅ Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with the driver workforce and promote positive morale.
• ✅ Performance Encouragement: Encourage excellent customer service and high performance throughout the organization.
• ✅ Additional Tasks: Handle additional management tasks as assigned.

Qualifications for a Driver Recruiter:
