    Key Responsibilities of a Driver Recruiter:

    • ✅ Strategy Development : Develop and execute strategies to foster fleet growth and enhance driver retention.
    • ✅ Goal Setting : Set and achieve recruitment goals and objectives for the operation.
    • ✅ Campaign Design : Design and implement targeted recruitment campaigns and plans.
    • ✅ Candidate Response : Respond to candidate inquiries promptly and with professionalism.
    • ✅ Session Organization : Organize and lead orientation and information sessions for potential Independent Contractors (ICs).
    • ✅ Application Process : Streamline the applicant process, ensuring swift completion of contracts and assignment of lease vehicles.
    • ✅ Applicant Tracking : Maintain and manage applicant tracking systems with accurate records.
    • ✅ Report Generation : Generate and update various reports to monitor progress and identify trends.
    • ✅ Support : Support the Retention Manager as needed.
    • ✅ Relationship Building : Build and nurture strong relationships with drivers and staff.
    • ✅ Positive Environment : Cultivate a positive work environment and uphold superior customer service standards.
    • ✅ Additional Tasks : Perform additional tasks as directed by management.

    Qualifications for a Driver Recruiter:

    • ✅ Experience : Experience in Recruiting and/or Sales preferred
    • ✅ Attitude : Positive, proactive attitude
