JOB TITLE: NETSUITE ERP FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT

JOB LOCATION: CA, MA, OR, TX [INITIALLY REMOTE, LATER ONSITE IN ANY OF THESE 4 LOCATIONS]

DURATION: LONG TERM [POTENTIAL EXTENSIONS]

JOB DESCRIPTION

A TYPICAL DAY AS A NETSUITE FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT MIGHT INCLUDE

• Support internal groups utilizing NetSuite project functionality.
• Work with management to provide searches and reports to support business goals.
• Plan and consult with internal customers on business process improvements in order to configure the system features/functions to client requirements and needs.
• Cleanse/import client data and document deliverables and completed activities.
• Perform full NetSuite ERP and CRM implementations, interacting directly with senior-level client personnel; provide client training (on-site and/or web-based) as needed.
• Plan and consult with internal and external customers on business process improvements in order to configure the system features/functions to client requirements and needs.
• Manage various engagements concurrently with aggressive timelines; outline implementation objectives, issues, findings and recommendations in a variety of client situations.
• Work as a team with other consultants to assess client implementation needs, craft innovative solutions and implement these plans to a level which exceed client expectations.
• Develop and communicate client requirements with the technical developers on potential customizations to the product.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Cleanse/import client data and document deliverables and completed activities.

WHO YOU ARE

• You have a bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Information technology or other related field with overall 10+ years of professional experience.
• You have at least 3+ years working with NetSuite ERP solutions.
• Strong experience with Netsuite Product including implementations, Architecture and functionality
• NetSuite ERP Certification will be an added advantage
• You are enthusiastic about customer service and have a passion for improving client satisfaction.
• You enjoy troubleshooting implementations and providing support by developing business solutions.
• You have a strong understanding of accounting knowledge.
• You enjoy collaborating across multiple departments.

KEY REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE

• You have a full understanding of ERP/CRM systems and experience implementing ERP/Accounting software
• You have experience with NetSuite project functionality
• You have a deep understanding of business financials and experience managing/documenting projects
