    Job Description

    Drop Ship Lifestyle is looking for a dependable, self-motivated, and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team as a FULL TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE.

    In this role you will be handling a range of active customer service tasks. Including managing live chats, incoming emails, and inbound & outbound calls. There is absolutely zero cold calling in this position.

    You will be focusing on providing excellent and personable customer service to budding entrepreneurs.

    You will be directing potential customers to valuable resources, answering high level questions, and passing on vital information to the rest of the team, all while working towards sales quotas.

    Upward growth potential. This is a 100% remote position.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • High School Diploma or GED.
    • 1+ year of experience in customer service.
    • Proactive & Energetic.
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in technology including Google Suite.
    • Efficient self organizational skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast paced setting with frequent interruptions and changes.
    • Legally authorized to work in the United States (and located in the United States)
