Your role will involve completing drug and alcohol assessments and referring individuals to the appropriate level of drug and alcohol treatment according to ASAM criteria. Responsibilities: • Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients struggling with drug and alcohol addiction. • Monitor and track clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure successful outcomes. • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support to clients. • Conduct CRN evaluations for DUI offenders. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and treatment progress. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field. • Strong knowledge of addiction and substance use treatment modalities. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Ability to work with a diverse population with empathy and understanding. Compensation: $24 - $28 hourly
