  • Responsibilities

    We are actively looking to add a Production Line Operator to our Team.

    This full-time position will:

    • Set up, operate, and maintain various equipment in our dry-blending, bagging, and fill-line operations
    • Process any rework that may result from equipment malfunctioning
    • Clean and sanitize equipment and processing areas
    • Record production data and facilitate quality checks
    • Maintain consistent focus on product quality
    • Adhere to all SOP's and established procedures
    • Comply with all Safety practices and procedures
    • Be able to CONSISTENTLY lift up to 50 pounds
    • Assist with finished goods packaging and outbound shipments to customers
    • Assist with product testing and lab support as needed
    • Assist with warehouse operations as needed

    Qualifications/Requirements include:

    • Prior experience in a dry-blending and food packaging operation required
    • Ability to follow instructions and procedures
    • Ability to work in a fast pace environment
    • Possessing a good understanding of health and safety and basic hygiene rules
    • Ability to maintain concentration on repetitive tasks
    • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
    • Accuracy and attention to detail
    • Good team skills and the ability to work alone
    • Must be able to comply with Food Safety Program & GMP requirements
    • Previous experience in an ISO/FSSC 22000 environment a plus
    • High School Diploma and/or equivalent required
    • Strong communication skills
    • Professionalism and self-motivation to provide excellent customer service

    Bi-Weekly hourly pay rate based upon candidate's level of experience
