REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Hourly Rate is dependent on experience
Is a graduate from a physical therapy curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation on the American Medical Association or the Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association and the American Physical Therapy Association, and holds a current license by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee of the California Board of Medical Quality Assurance. Possesses a minimum of one (1) year of physical therapy experience in a clinical setting – preferably in a home health setting. Excellent judgment and knowledge of current therapy practices, with demonstrated exemplary clinical, analytical and documentation skills with little supervisory direction. Self-directed and able to work with little supervision, has good organizational skills, and is physically able to manage the walk, bend, stoop, and lift objects up to 50 lbs. An active, licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organizational requirements and is in good working order.
