Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Dye Sublimation Technician to join our dynamic team. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality printed products and contributing to client satisfaction.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Operate and maintain dye sublimation printing equipment to ensure optimal performance and output quality.
2. Collaborate with the sales team to assess client needs and provide technical support during the design and production phases.
3. Conduct regular quality checks on printed materials to ensure adherence to specifications and company standards.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the dye sublimation process.
5. Assist in the development and maintenance of the dye sublimation budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
6. Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals, challenges, and strategies for improvement.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in dye sublimation technology to enhance production capabilities.
8. Other duties as assigned.

Experience & Skills Required:

1. At least 2 years of experience in dye sublimation printing or a related area, with a strong understanding of print technology and processes.
2. Proven track record of producing high-quality printed products with attention to detail.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
