Our team is growing, and we’re looking for our next problem-solving dispatcher. We’re looking for an organized trucking dispatcher to help our growing customer base and field team prioritize service calls. You'll be responsible for preparing work schedules and handling customer requests and complaints. You’ll also communicate with field units and customers using two-way radios, telephones, and messaging apps. You have data entry experience, basic computer skills, and excellent interpersonal skills. Responsibilities: • Communicate with customers and field teams about service details and special requests • Prepare documents for dispatch • Document service schedules and customer complaints • Coordinate service calls for field teams and customers • Create and change service calls when needed Qualifications: • Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction • Candidate required to have high school diploma or GED; preference for candidates with associate or bachelor’s degree • Candidate must have great customer service communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills • Experience working with people under stressful and dynamic conditions • 1+ years of experience as a service dispatcher is preferred, but not required • Mandatory 3+ years of dispatching experience in construction or dump trucking field • Exceptional communication, organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills • Experience working with people under stressful and dynamic conditions while maintaining a positive mindset • Confidence in being able to implement a positive customer journey Compensation: $50,000 yearly
