Overview:
Durango Joes Coffee is seeking a skilled Creative Marketing Leader to join our dynamic team. Strong character, communication, organization, and project management skills are a must while working to maintain consistent branding across all product lines and communication channels. This individual is responsible for implementing and executing consistent marketing strategies across all locations to generate engaging content and help drive sales results. The Creative Marketing Leader will uphold the core values of the company as guidelines to balance the creativity and structure necessary to bring great ideas to life and expand the Durango Joes brand.
Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Research, prepare, and deliver on the Annual Marketing Strategy
- Tactfully respond to public inquiries, customer feedback, and reviews
- Generate and publish regular content to maintain a strong social media presence
- Plan and execute broader social media campaigns
- Adoption and protection of Durango Joes brand voice in all internal and public communications.
- Oversee the planning, design, and full execution of merchandise
- Coordinate with and respond to advertisers
- Identify advertising campaigns and opportunities
- Manage web page development, product updates, and content publishing on DurangoJoes.com
- Develop the Legendary Coffee Subscription service to increase monthly expected revenue online
- Oversee the design, development, and execution of Durango Joes Loyalty Programs, especially Mug Club
- Manage the CRM for Mug Club Members
- Have a strong understanding of project management systems and technology
- Be available to help develop and organize goal-oriented project management systems, both inside and outside of your department.
- Oversee the execution of internal and public events of varying scale, including the Annual Durango Joes Holiday Party
- Be able to give and receive constructive feedback from team members
- Assist in and troubleshoot technical issues both in and outside of you department
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 2-Years Experience in a related field
- Proficiency with the following tools (or similar)
- Adobe Suite
- Illustrator
- Lightroom & Photoshop
- InDesign
- MailChimp (Email Marketing)
- Mobinity (SMS Communication)
- Fluency in Google Drive, including Docs, Sheets, Forms,
- Google Suite experience preferred
- A functional organizational philosophy towards file storage and sharing
- Understanding of basic financial concepts and proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of social media strategy and content creation. Experience with scheduling softwares.
