Executive Assistant | The Illinois Hammer Injury Law Firm
Salary Range : $60,000 - $70,000 annually
Location: Chicago, IL (Local residents only) In-Person
Schedule: Full-Time
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer & Chief Marketing Officer
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO and CMO. This pivotal role requires a blend of analytical prowess, advanced technical skills, and exceptional organizational capabilities. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in streamlining executive operations, enhancing efficiency, and contributing to our firm’s strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Executive Support: Provide executive support to the CEO and CMO, focusing on financial, marketing, and various other reporting tasks. This would consist of 70-80% of the job responsibilities.
- Performance Tracking: Maintain and update firm performance dashboards to ensure accurate tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Calendar Management: Manage scheduling, travel planning, and maintain comprehensive business and project calendars to ensure optimal organization, representing approximately 5% of responsibilities.
- Meeting Support: Assist with meeting logistics, including taking comprehensive notes and distributing them to relevant stakeholders.
- Miscellaneous: Perform a wide range of duties as assigned to support the executives and broader team, adapting to evolving needs.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrates analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in the broader suite of Microsoft applications, including Power BI and automation tools. Microsoft certification is considered a significant plus.
- Exceptional technical skills and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey information to all levels of the organization.
- Proven track record of discretion and confidentiality, handling sensitive information with the utmost care.
- Relevant experience in an executive support role is highly desirable.
