Job Description

Territory Sales Managers will sell a wide range of orthodontic products and services to orthodontists, universities, and other providers in the dental industry. We are looking for a qualified individual to promote our expansive product line and services. Based out of the Boston area the territory will cover MA, CT, RI, ME, VT and NH The successful candidate must have:

• BS or BA degree from an accredited college or university
• 2-4 years of outside field sales experience with a proven track record (dental or orthodontic experience is a plus)
• Ability to travel overnight 20% to 25% each month, must be able to travel overnight 2-5 nights per month
• Valid, current drivers license
• Grow market share and sales volumes
• Meet Sales goals and track sales leads or opportunities
• Ability to speak and teach in front of large groups
• Ability to absorb and sell technical products
• Strong organizational, written and communication skills
• Understanding time and territory management
• Building strong customer relationships within the defined territory
• Computer skills including word processing, Excel, Power Point and contact management experience (CRM)
• Self-starter, can work independently or as a team and has strong closing skills

We offer a base salary and an outstanding commission/bonus program.
