Job Summary: Are you an organized, proactive, and tech-savvy professional? We’re looking for a Dynamic Virtual Assistant to join our team! This is a 1099 independent contractor role, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle a wide range of administrative tasks. You’ll be available to make and receive phone calls at all times of the daywhile managing daily operations to keep things running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and make phone calls at any time of the day with professionalism and efficiency.
Manage schedules, organize meetings, and coordinate daily calendars.
Respond to emails, handle inquiries, and maintain client communications.
Perform data entry, maintain organized digital files, and manage records.
Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents as needed.
Conduct online research to support business decisions and projects.
Provide top-tier customer support via phone, email, and chat.
Manage CRM systems, update client records, and track communications.
Oversee administrative operations and daily task management.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
Must be available to handle phone calls at all times of the day.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and administrative tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Reliable internet connection, computer, and phone for remote work.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with CRM platforms, project management tools (Trello, Asana), and customer service software.
Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and invoicing (QuickBooks, etc.).

Compensation:
1099 Independent Contractor Position (no benefits provided)
Weekly or Bi-Weekly Payouts (based on agreement)
