Industry • Marketing & Advertising • Staff & Recruiting • Consumer Services Job Functions • Customer Service • Information Technology Responsibilities: • Update existing accounts/new customer account setup • Work and assist our call center with the placement of orders • Inform customers of deals and promotions • Work with management to ensure proper customer service is being delivered and sales goals are being met • Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction Qualifications: • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member • Ability to communicate at all levels with internal/external clients by phone, and face to face • A positive attitude with good organizational, presentation and writing skills Compensation: $60,500 - $65,000 yearly
