Support acceleration of Guerlain’s brand site efforts, including e-merchandising, strategic planning, operational support, and best-in-class site experience. Assist in implementing key digital marketing efforts across performance marketing and CRM to achieve Guerlain.com goals.

* Liaise with customer service team to ensure timely resolution of customer questions and order issues
Analytics & Reporting:
* Monitor Google and paid search trends.
Competitive Landscape:
* Provide regular updates on competitors’ online presence, including mobile and social media, with specific callouts to innovation and newness.

While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range of $95,000.00 - $105,000.00.
