    The Role: We’re looking for an experienced, strategic, and hands-on E-Commerce Marketing Manager to take our digital business to the next level. You’ll be the key internal driver of growth across all online marketing channels — including paid advertising, email marketing, website optimization, SEO, and social media — and will own the strategy and execution to increase traffic, drive conversions, and strengthen brand integrity.

    You won’t necessarily be doing all the execution yourself — but you must understand how everything works together and be capable of managing internal and external resources to deliver results.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Own the eCommerce marketing calendar and strategy across paid media, email, SMS, and organic social

    Oversee Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns, either hands-on or by managing external partners, ensuring strong ROAS

    Drive customer acquisition and retention through targeted lifecycle marketing strategies

    Partner with our creative team to ensure site content, landing pages, and messaging align with campaign goals and brand positioning

    Monitor site performance and user experience on Shopify; collaborate with developers/designers as needed to improve UX and CRO

    Analyze performance across channels and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights

    Maintain and elevate brand consistency across digital touchpoints

    Conduct regular competitor and trend analysis in the fashion DTC space

    Qualifications:

    4+ years of experience in eCommerce and digital marketing, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or beauty

    Proven track record managing and optimizing paid media campaigns (Meta + Google) with strong ROAS

    Proficient in Shopify, Klaviyo (or similar email platforms), and Google Analytics

    Solid grasp of performance marketing, attribution modeling, and A/B testing

    Understanding of web design principles and how to brief developers or Shopify experts effectively

    Creative thinker with an eye for branding and visual storytelling

    Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

    Bonus Points For:

    Experience in influencer or affiliate marketing

    Basic design or creative skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite)

    Prior work with fashion brands or drop-ship/wholesale hybrid models
