Our Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking a detail-oriented team player to join our expanding team in our Sauk Rapids, MN location who has exceptional judgment to manage listings and grow sales on eBay, Amazon and other online marketplaces. This is an on-site position with hybrid potential.This position requires a hands-on Specialist who will collaborate cross-functionally with Purchasing team members, Inventory Planners, Warehouse Operations and other areas in the Company. The candidate will provide day-to-day management of the marketplace operations, launch new programs, collaborate on future strategies and opportunities, and provide reporting necessary to facilitate continuous improvement.
Primary Responsibilities:
Abide by and stay updated on Amazon policy changes and provide status reports to appropriate managers and team members
Optimize listings, advertising and promotions, inventory and supply chain, customer service and order fulfillment
Coordinate marketing for all online marketplaces, including promotional opportunities, pricing optimization, content creation (guides, banners, HTML templates, and email)
Inspect inbound merchandise, execute competitive pricing analysis and complete tasks to prepare product for FBA and FBM programs
Track performance, monitor account health and provide analysis to develop actionable insights
Research XXXXX as a seller in new online marketplaces
Monitor competitive listings and product pricing on all marketplaces
Review customer feedback and marketplace health, updating processes as needed
Manage the day-to-day sales/inventory/supply chain/assortment recommendations for our growing Amazon Marketplace business

Experience & Skill Requirements:
2+ years of experience with selling on marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Target etc.) including direct experience with program/product launches
2 years of eCommerce experience in retail, direct-to-consumer or wholesale businesses
Strong business acumen and analytical skills to develop and drive decisions
Relevant experience in a scale-up/start-up ecommerce environment
Knowledge of requirements, restrictions and best practices for successfully selling on Amazon, Walmart and other marketplaces
Demonstrated talent for selecting product that will be successful in the marketplace space
Experience in FBM and FBA models preferred
Demonstrated understanding of web technology, data feeds, browsers, analytics, reporting and content management systems and processes
Experience with Channel Advisor or similar product listing/data feed software
Demonstrated proficiency and experience with competitive analysis tools for pricing and product comparatives
Experience with paid advertising opportunities available on various marketplaces
Results driven and able to work with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experienced in Excel and data manipulation/analysis
Common selling software such as Channel Advisor, Helium 10
Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite and ClickUp preferred)
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience (Preferred major/concentration: Business, Marketing, Statistics or other relevant coursework)
