SVT is looking for an E-Commerce Specialist to support our growing online business. Ideal candidates must be a go-getter with customer service focus. The candidate must be a self-starter with great communication and presentation skills. Our E-Commerce department is a fast paced but fun environment. Candidates should expect to hit the ground running and expect to be ready to coordinate sales and logistics between customers and internal logistics departments alike.

Responsibilities include:

• Communicate with online customers to drive brand awareness and customer retention.
• List inventory on viable marketplace and Ecommerce platforms.
• Ensure all inventory allocated for Ecommerce channel is posted.
• Ensure all items are posted accurately on E-Commerce platforms for sale. Identify pricing, condition, description, photos
• Developing item description content that will highlight product and provide customer full understanding of product.
• Review high return rate products and determine reason for high return rate
• Review payment dispute/returns daily
• Manage inventory of products including: catalog of photos, availability, market pricing, aging, condition
• Ensure that all orders are being shipped in a timely manner in accordance with our shipping timeline given by platforms
• Suggest products and services to customers at any time during transactions to up sell.
• Identify items to bundle to provide more opportunity to sell
• Review old inventory and run sales/ensure that listings are up to date and visible
• Follow up with customer orders to ensure timely processing.
• Maintain customer relationships by proactively reaching out to seek out sales opportunities.
• Work with Marketing and other Sales departments on promotions and other needs.
• Support Warehouse Team in receiving when needed and identify items for E-Commerce sales

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of sales experience. Online Sales experience a plus!
• Experience with Wordpress
• Ability to sell, promote products and services while providing professional and courteous customer service.
• Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office products and Ecommerce platforms
• Ability to follow up on customer orders and follow up with logistics departments on a timely basis.
• BA/BS Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or similar degree a plus.
• Reliable transportation to and from work and possibly other work sites.
