Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in a pediatric urgent care setting for a variety of illnesses and injuries.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by providers.

Monitor and document patient vital signs and medical history.

Start and administer IV Fluids.

Qualifications

Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of employment

Previous experience as a Pediatric Registered Nurse is preferred

Excellent interpersonal and patient care skills

Valid driver’s license

First aid/CPR certification required

Exceptional customer service

Skills

Valid RN license in the state of employment

Minimum of 2 years of experience in pediatric nursing or related field

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress situations

Knowledge of pediatric medications, dosages, and administration methods

Schedule Hours are 7am-7pm; including every other weekend (saturday and sunday). Position is Salary at 84 hours (3 shifts one week and 4 shifts the following week).

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $34.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
