    Job Description

    Bulletproof is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Associate contractor to temporarily support our Direct-To-Consumer (DTC) team. In this role, you’ll execute site updates, assist with launches and promotions, and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and development. You’ll need strong communication, follow-through, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.

    This is a great opportunity for someone with prior Shopify and e-commerce experience who thrives on getting things done and keeping details organized.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Site Merchandising & Product Information Management Updates

    • Upload and maintain product listings, descriptions and pricing
    • Monitor inventory levels
    • Tag management and collection page product merchandising maintenance
    • Manage homepage, navigation, and landing page content
    • Quality Assurance all site changes for accuracy and functionality

    Launch & Promotion Support

    • Set up promo codes, test functionality, and ensure timing aligns with go-live
    • Assist in coordinating product launches (assets, PDPs, tagging, pricing)
    • Clear and detail oriented sku list creation for pricing, badging, collection updates
    • Create and update on-site promotional and communication marketing assets on product pages, collection pages, onsite banners and cart messages.
    • Development team ticket creation and management

    Cross-Functional Coordination

    • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and ops on campaign timelines and execution
    • Submit briefs for site assets and track completion
    • Maintain content calendars and timelines

    Project Management

    • Track tasks and deadlines in our project management tool (e.g., Confluence)
    • Follow up on dependencies and communicate progress
    • Management of all site trackers

    Quality Control & Tagging

    • Review UTM links, test pages, and check analytics tagging
    • Flag and resolve issues with accuracy and speed
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Experience in ecommerce, digital marketing and/or retail (2+ years preferred).

    • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (Shopify at a minmum)

    • Basic knowledge of SEO, digital marketing and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics etc.)

    • Strong attention to detail and organization skills.

    • Confidence in a remote work environment and managing task needs with multiple time-zones.

    • Understanding of KPI dashboards and how to translate findings into solves or strategies to better assist customer needs.

    • Confluence and Jira experience, or similar brief and ticket communication systems for content management and site execution

    • Customer Journey and on-site funnel understanding for expert user experience and reduction of friction points.

    • On-site Promotion and launch execution

    • Content and site updates

    • Inventory Management

    • Quality Assurance for site updates

    • Project coordination (experience with Jira a plus but not required)

    • System Skills:

    • Jira, Confluence or other like project and content management ticket systems

    • Shopify a must

    • Office Suite (excel, power point are key)

    • Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or similar KPI tracking dashboards

    • Klevu or other on-site search optimization systems

    • Personalization systems for cross-sales, upsells and segmentation

    • Ratings and Reviews systems

    • A/B Testing understanding and management

    Additional Information

    • Hourly contract rate: $35-$40/hour.
    • Weekly hours: 30 hours per week, planned to start in May and expected to last 5 months.
    • This is a fully remote contract role; candidates can be located anywhere within the United States.
