    Coopers DIY is located in Tucson, AZ. The primary business is sales of homebrewing kits and ingredients under the Mr. Beer, Coopers DIY Beer and BrewArt brands. We are the pioneer and leader of high quality, easy-to-use beer homebrewing products. We are the only homebrewing company owned by a brewery. Our parent company and supplier of ingredients, Coopers Brewery, is over 160 years old and the largest independent brewery in Australia.

    Job Description:

    The primary responsibility is to drive online sales of the Mr Beer, Coopers DIY and BrewArt US websites as well as through other ecommerce partners such as Amazon. Superior use of technical and marketing skills will be necessary to deliver growth in traffic, sales, consumer satisfaction and retention.

    Major Responsibilities:

    Develop and implement successful promotional and advertising plans that drive profitable sales in all e-commerce channels

    Develop, launch and monitor SEO and SEM activities

    Provide insightful reporting and analysis that directs web initiatives

    Create or direct the creation of new content i.e. blogs, white papers, v-blogs, etc.

    Manage the content, user experience, and innovation of all web platforms crucial to the success of our e-commerce efforts

    Monitor market, technical, socio economic trends and competitor activities to inform our online presence

    Plan and maintain digital marketing calendar that also measures results

    Consistently test and measure impact of changes to web layout and content

    Work closely with internal and external developers to maintain security and effectiveness of websites

    Manage company’s YouTube channel

    Experience & Education Desired

    · 3+ years of experience in managing an online direct to consumer business

    · Experience with shopping cart and automated marketing programs such as Magento and DotDigital or Klaviyo

    · Solid understanding of Google Analytics, AdWords and Search Console

    · Amazon PDP and advertising

    · Experience with Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central

    · Meta Business Manager

    · BA/BS degree or equivalent

    · Advanced learning e.g. Google Analytics certification
