Key Responsibilities

1. Work diligently and responsibly with some work experience, mainly responsible for showcasing and explaining products in live streaming rooms. Adapt to the rules, gameplay, and rhythm of TikTok, showcase products to customers, provide detailed product information and promote activities, answer customer questions in real-time, and guide customers to complete orders.

2. Engage in live streaming room interactions, guide customer attention and interaction, create a lively atmosphere, enhance fan and account stickiness, increase live streaming room activity, and raise the quality and popularity.

3. Possess good communication and expression skills, clear logical thinking, and quick response capabilities. Interact fully with fans during live streaming, stimulate fan emotions, explore fan needs, guide fan conversion, and improve the revisit rate of old customers.

4. Combine with the main product to explore selling points and highlights, faithfully execute live streaming scripts and plans.

5. Enhance industry knowledge and product knowledge content output, establish trust and maintain stickiness with fans.

6. Conduct timely reviews and summaries of sales techniques after the live stream ends.

7. Collaborate with the company for product short video shooting.

Requirements:

1. Familiar with the basic formats of TikTok live streaming platform, grasp the basic logic of TikTok live streaming traffic.

2. Strong ability to control the scene, adapt to changes, and express oneself well, with stable and sustained output capabilities.

3. Good image and temperament, with a proactive attitude, goal orientation, and strong execution.

4. Priority given to candidates with counter sales experience.

5. Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
