    EZ Advocates, a top-rated consumer protection agency, is seeking a Full-Time Case Manager to handle pre-litigation files and customer service in Tampa Bay, FL.

    EZ Advocates is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Full-Time Case Manager. As a Case Manager, you will play a crucial role in the success of our business by handling current clients cases as well as onboarding new ones. Your excellent communication skills, organization skills, and attention to detail will contribute to our overall growth and success.

    The key responsibilities of a Case Manager include, but are not limited to:

    Handling new customer files and welcome calls.

    Client follow-up, letter documentation, client outreach and retention.

    Document preparation and fulfillment

    Pleasing and helping new and current clients with their case

    Qualifications:

    Must be trained in excel and word.

    Strong communication skills, with a pleasant phone manner and good verbal and people skills.

    Strong organizational and administrative skills, with an ability to multitask.

    Functioning well within a team environment with a willingness to take on other responsibilities when needed.

    MUST have a background in a fast paced environment with a proven record of success in such environment

    Spanish Speaking (Preferred)

    9am-5pm shifts

    Monday to Friday

    Ability to commute/relocate:

    Tampa, FL 33607: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

    Experience:

    Customer service: 1 year (Required)

    Phone etiquette: 1 year (Required)

    Work Location: In-person Responsibilities:

    • Provide case management services to clients
    • Conduct assessments and develop individualized service plans
    • Prepare documents to email and mail to clients during client's process
    • Answer calls and appointments and navigate customer service needs
    • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records
