The Functional Analyst will support the Program Management Office in designing and implementing enhanced functionality and process flows.
Role and Responsibilities
The position of Functional Analyst must be able to perform and/or support the following tasks:
- Provides Tier 2/3 Help Desk support to resolve trouble tickets.
- Supports Program Management Office functions.
- Analyzes business/functional capabilities.
- Creates and updates functional design specifications for new or enhanced functionality.
- Documents process flows.
- Maintains and updates Oracle EBS application configurations.
- Develops test plans/scripts and manages system testing.
- Develops use cases, test scenarios and test scripts.
- Conducts unit integration and user acceptance testing.
- Develops and updates end-user training materials for new or enhanced functionality.
- Troubleshoots and resolves user issues/tickets.
- Serves as a functional analyst for new implementations or migrations.
- Gathers, assesses, and reviews business requirements with users.
- Performs functionality gap analysis and solution design.
- Develops functional specifications for extensions, integrations, and data migrations.
- Configures application modules.
Qualifications, Education and Skills Requirements
- US Citizenship required.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to learn new concepts, ideas, and technologies.
- Experience facilitating meetings and driving action items to closure.
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience with design, unit testing, and deployment of FRICEW (Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Customizations, Extensions, and Workflows) objects in Oracle EBS R12.2.x.
- Experience performing configuration activities to support one or more of the following modules: Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), iProcurement, Purchasing, Payables, Payments, Federal Administrator, General Ledger, Projects, Receivables, Billing, etc.
- Experience creating functional design specifications (MD-50s).
- Knowledge or Sub-Ledger Accounting (SLA) rules and configuration a plus.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of products such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Oracle.
Preferred Skills and Certifications
- DoD Secret clearance preferred.
- Familiarity with industry-standard business intelligence (BI) software and tools (ie. MicroStrategy, IBM COGNOS, Tableau, etc.).

Salary range DOE $100k - $115k
