SYSTEMS INTEGRATION SPECIALIST

THE ROLE:

Lead the charge to what make this Company “tick” with our customers—by providing support and participating in the investigating, installing and troubleshooting of our video surveillance equipment, CCTV, alarm and related security technology components with a positive ECAM can-do attitude!

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

·         Deep understanding of IP Camera, VMS, NVRs and related CCTV systems.

·         Knowledge of CCTV systems: IP cameras, network switches, servers, PCs, network infrastructure, radios and the associated interworking and configuration of those components

·         The ability to interpret and provide customer support and feedback based on the configurations

·         The ability to troubleshoot IT networks.

·         Monitor data sources for potential problems related to CCTV system components.

·         Familiarity with port forwarding and IT systems. 

·         Maintain regular updates with branch staff.

·         Maintain high level of knowledge in mobile surveillance and other related technologies.

·         Maintain a good, positive relationship with clients.

A FEW MORE TALENTS:

·         Assure that Account Executives and branch personnel are informed of any and all issues on customer sites.

·         Strong verbal, problem-solving and follow-up skills with the ability to coordinate and perform several tasks simultaneously

·         Ability to write routine correspondence, including logs and reports.

·          Excellent communications skills

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

·         High school diploma, vocational training or equivalent.

·         May be required to hold and continue to meet the requirements for any applicable state license for security company employees

·         One-three year’s experience in CCTV or alarm installation.

·         Technical background in CCTV, access control and security; understanding of basic electricity (low voltage) and electronics.

·         Strong understanding of job safety practices.

·         Microsoft Office applications, Microsoft Internet Explorer, and have the propensity for achieving a high level of skill in the various software applications

·         Ability to work independently, as well as within a team, and with limited resources.

·         Pass all hiring requirements, including background, drug test

THE PHYSICAL PART:

·         Must be able to maintain concentration, visual acuity, and alertness for long periods of time.

·         Must have manual dexterity to manage telephones and computer equipment simultaneously and with respect to other duties.

·         Must be able to lift 50 pounds, move and respond.

·         Have a passion for security technologies
