JOB SUMMARY Support brand development and product growth by implementing the Injala marketing plan to include responsibility for advertising, public relations and earned media, social media, SEO, electronic media, content marketing, events, and researching and evaluating emerging communications trends. Offer insight and feedback (your chance to shine).

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Working within brand standards and messaging, the successful candidate will:
• Take ownership of various tasks as assigned within the Injala marketing plan to include implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and strategy for improvement
• Be encouraged to offer insight and vision for Injala marketing as it is discovered (we encourage and value your brilliance and ideas)

Additionally:

• Contribute strategy, research, and vision for marketing initiatives
• Collaborate to create and implement social media and earned media campaigns for our brand and products
• Research trends to organize and create compelling content to engage our clients
• Work alongside marketing team to create viral marketing strategies
• Explore cutting edge advertising technologies
• Monitor social media content
• Expand media list and relationships with key media influencers
• Assist in public relations, newsletters, blogs, and online forums

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Passion for all things marketing
• Proven social media cred and proficiency with multiple platforms (examples required when submitting your application)
• Excellent communication including writing and presentation (examples required when submitting your application)
• Outside-the-box thinker (we’re open to your brilliance)
• Team player
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

Preferred:

• Degree (or equivalent experience) in marketing, graphic/web/electronic design, or related field required. Social media creation/SEO analytics preferred.
