_ _ TWO ROLES with multiple oppenings__

1. SAP ERP GFEBS On-Site Support Specialist (need 5);

• Provide OSS, Over the Shoulder, Help Desk, Techncial Support, Troubleshooting user issues post-Go-Live in a a timely and efficient manner.
• Conduct ad-hoc training sessions to enhance end-users' understanding of the system and related processes.
• Offer support through various communication channels, including emails, phone calls, and Microsoft Teams calls, to ensure the deployed community's needs are met.
• Resolve end-user problems and incidents, ensuring that trouble tickets are escalated when necessary for timely and efficient resolution.
• _ MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR THE FOLLOWING TRAVEL LOCATIONS AND DURRATIONS_ ;
• Wave 1 (Florida, Ohio, Texas, Germany), rotate to Wave 2 after 120 day to
• Wave 2 (Germany, Nebraska, Illinois, Oklahoma, Texas) rotate to Wave 3 after 120 day to
• Wave 3 (Japan, California, Colorado, Texas)

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 3 years’ recent hands on SAP GFEBS experience with the above listed skills, on/in a US Federal Government DoD systems envirnment.
• ** _ _Available for REQUIRED TRAVEL identified in job description.__**
• REQUIRED EDUCATION: BS/BA STEM Degree or Related Fields.
• _ _ REQUIRED CLEARANCE: Active Secret.__
