Job Description
HOURS: Normal Work Time: School year, 2-3 days per week (part-time, varied hours)
Road Travel: Monday-Friday as needed
SUMMARY: FACILITATE WORKSHOP PRESENTATIONS TO APPLICANTS IN ASSIGNED TERRITORY IN NORTHERN LOWER MICHIGAN (APPROXIMATELY A 2-HOUR DRIVING RADIUS FROM GAYLORD, MI).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Learn and present two-hour Applicant Meetings to potential employees as part of the application process.
· Accurately answer applicant questions on employment process.
· Provide specific documentation as needed to each region.
· Collect appropriate documents and paperwork from each applicant.
· Inform supervisor and Territory Manager of any concerns developing in region expressed by the district or applicants at the meeting.
· Send all materials to corporate office at conclusion of meetings.
· Maintain less than 8 points on driving record for insurance purposes.
· Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Experience teaching in K-12 classroom
· Exhibited excellent presentation skills
· Ability to maintain confidential materials
· Attention to detail in composing and proofing materials
REQUIREMENTS:
Valid Driver’s License
Travel Expectations: Approximately 2 -3 times per week, September through April.
