    Firm Transformation Office (TO) leads the strategic implementation, coaching, and execution support for our business and culture transformation to be a market segmented, business leader led, team based organization and allow us to create sustainable competitive advantage over the long-term, and shape aspirations, develop initiatives, and lead end-to-end execution across our transformational journey to human centered complete wealth management. SENIOR STRATEGY ANALYST Edward Jones is seeking a highly skilled individual to serve as a Senior Strategy Analyst within Firm Transformation Office (TO) to support the development of vision, mission and long-term strategy objectives through analysis of research and data, communicating priorities and execution with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Help develop strategic objectives through analysis of internal research, external development.

    • Lead research and modelling efforts that aid in the creation and maintenance of the firm's strategic plan.

    • Support the measurement of progress against stated short, medium, and long-term strategies.

    • Analyze high impact strategic issues confronting the firm, collaborating with and managing cross-functional teams as required.

    • Communicate strategic priorities and execution plans across the firm via presentations, meetings, and written communications.

    • Lead strategic analysis based on competitor developments and industry announcements related to products/solutions, partnerships, services, and financial data to prepare recommendations for decision-making by senior leaders.

    • Support strategic exercises and various strategy workshops with stakeholders across the firm.

    • Manage external resources and vendors to execute market research, data analysis, and reporting to ensure cost-efficient, accurate, and timely completion of projects.

    • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure key business questions and needs are addressed in support of firm strategic initiatives.

    • Respond to ad hoc internal requests for competitive and industry insights.

    • Support design thinking, business canvas, and other strategic engagements to ensure strategic alignment of the firm's portfolio of projects.

    POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor's degree is required with an emphasis in Accounting, Finance, or Economics. Advanced Degree(s) or Certification(s) in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Analytics are preferred.

    • 8+ years of relevant work experience, with a preference for analytical and/or core strategy work within financial services. Management consulting experience is preferred.

    • Demonstrable problem-solving, quantitative and analytical skills are required.

    • Ability to conduct complex financial analyses, forecasts, and general modelling skills are required.

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required as the position will be responsible for clearly articulating analyses and recommendations to senior leaders and colleagues.

    • Experience contributing to high-impact strategy assignments is preferred.

    • Experience managing contributions to the work of multiple projects is preferred.
