The program offers singular opportunities to drive your career forward. With targeted leadership opportunities at our corporate headquarters in St. Louis, multiple Senior-level networking and development opportunities, this cohort-driven leadership experience is a platform that invests in you and your career trajectory — an investment that will extend well beyond the two-year program. No two ALP candidates will have the same journey. We’ll craft your experience to best leverage your unique viewpoint and desired career path.It’s a focused, rigorous platform for experienced professionals who seek a comprehensive view or our business, and want to contribute in any number of functional opportunities across our departments and divisions. Program and Position Overview:Your two-year ALP journey will consist of four high-impact rotations in key business units that will best suit your skillset, expertise and Edward Jones’ needs. The program will provide opportunities in thought, team and/or project leadership, executive mentoring, networking, and tailored personal development programs. Rotations and projects have included the following opportunities:Strategy and concept developmentLeading a team and developing othersProcess improvementExposure to the field, clients and external stakeholdersAudit, risk, and controlProject managementLeading changeUnique to our program is that we build your rotations as you go, based on your experiences, program goals, network, and development plan. An important component of our Accelerated Leadership Program is identifying the development path that’s right for you, which can be partly informed by these key relationships you build. As well, in the first six months you will be required to attain your Series 7 and 66 licenses. You will be provided significant study time, resources, and teaching for the license exams. After the Program:At the end of the two years, you’ll be paired with a key role and team that mutually benefits you and Edward Jones and will be equipped with the skills necessary to contribute as a team, project, or thought leader in a number of different areas.
