Seeking an Epic-certified Technical Specialist to build and support Resolute Hospital Billing Claims, Resolute Professional Billing Claims, and Long-Term Care Billing modules for the DSOHF EHR system. The role involves configuring, testing, and maintaining Epic applications while ensuring alignment with organizational workflows and policies.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary support for assigned Epic modules.
Design, build, and test Epic workflows and integrations.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
Implement system changes and ensure compliance with operational policies.
Collaborate with end-users, Epic staff, and leadership to optimize workflows.
Participate in project meetings and provide regular status updates.
Required Skills
Epic Certifications: Resolute Hospital & Professional Billing Claims, Long-Term Care Billing (required).
Experience:
8+ years in Epic implementation/Health IT.
5+ years in claims setup, testing, and root cause analysis.
8+ years in application development, integration, and security.
Strong understanding of billing office functions and revenue cycle management.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements for skilled nursing care.
Proven experience with software testing and full-cycle Epic implementations.
