EHS Manager – Plastics Manufacturing – Base Salary to 100k/year – Cookeville, TN

• Our client, a Plastics Manufacturing company, is seeking an EHS Manager to develop safety policies, implement & lead an EHS program plantwide and ensure that all regulatory requirements are met.
• In this role, the EHS Manager will inspect the facility to identify safety, health, and environmental risks.

Responsibilities:

• Develop inspection policies and procedures and schedule routine inspections
• Implement health and safety procedures for all departments
• Create & Lead Training efforts across the plant regarding work safety, emergency protocols and other important topics
• Ensure compliance of all safety protocols
• Document inspection reports and findings
• Maintain records and log employee incident reports

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
• 3+ years of experience in EHS field
• Knowledgeable in Environmental Regulations & Policies
• Strong Problem Solving Skills

Compensation for this role includes a base salary up to 100k/year + bonus. Our client also offers competitive benefits & 401k. Relocation assistance is also available.
