As we launch our exciting new pilot program, we seek energetic and passionate educators to join our team.

    We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic ELA (English Language Arts) Elementary School Teacher to join our innovative pilot program. The ideal candidate will be committed to fostering a love of reading and writing in students, while also nurturing their overall academic and social development. This is a full-time position based in Cupertino, CA.

    Responsibilities:

    Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with our innovative curriculum.

    Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.

    Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback and support.

    Collaborate with colleagues to create interdisciplinary learning experiences.

    Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to support student success.

    Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in education.

    Optional: Participate in after-school programs and summer school with additional incentives.

    Benefits:

    Competitive salary of $68,000 per year.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.

    Valid teaching credential for elementary education.

    Strong knowledge of ELA curriculum and best practices.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
