THE JOB:

We are looking to hire the ultimate fashion savvy assistant for our sales and operations department. Our ideal candidate would be someone who is excited to work daily with our customers and be our right-hand person for handling everything relating to incoming sales as well as day to day operations. This person will have a drive to achieve results and a passion for customer engagement. You will work in a fun, inspiring and rewarding environment with opportunities for development and growth!

• Knowledge of written and spoken English
• Ability to multi-task efficiently
• Marketing / Photoshop and E-commerce experience is an EXTREME PLUS
• 2+ years of relevant admin / sales experience

WHAT  YOU’LL DO:

• Support all functions of sales within assigned territory and team goals
• Perform operational tasks with consistent accuracy is KEY
• Process invoices for all incoming sales
• Reach out to customers to follow up and create everlasting relationships
• Achieve productivity goals through multitasking and prioritizing responsibilities
• Demonstrate flexibility and desire for individual growth in a fast-paced office environment
• Foster Customer relationships by continually developing knowledge of current trends and styling techniques
