Ellie in Conroe is seeking passionate Licensed and Pre-Licensed Therapists with EMDR training, to join our growing team! We are part of Ellie Mental Health, providing referral support, scheduling, billing, and technology services—so you can spend more time doing what you love!

Your Role

Conduct mental health assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, family, and group therapy.

Maintain ethical documentation and compliance with state and company policies.

Collaborate with case managers, families, medical staff, and Ellie team members.

Utilize creative interventions to help clients achieve their goals.

Engage in community outreach to expand mental health awareness.

Requirements

✔ Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field ✔ Current Texas licensure or Pre-Licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) ✔ Strong diagnostic, crisis intervention, and documentation skills ✔ Ability to work independently while contributing to a team ✔ Tech-savvy (experience with EHR systems like Valant is a plus!) ✔ BIPOC & LGBTQ+ candidates encouraged to apply

Bonus Qualifications: Training in EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, play therapy, disordered eating, or process addictions will be highly considered!
