Scope of Work:
- Generate appointments by making outbound calls to potential clients
- Utilize warm and cold calling techniques to engage with prospects and build rapport
- Identify and qualify leads for the sales team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in CRM software
- Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to optimize lead generation efforts
Skills:
- Strong communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus)
- Experience in technology sales or software industry is preferred
- Proficiency in outbound calling and warm + cold calling techniques
- Experience making cold calls is a huge plus!
- Ability to work independently and meet appointment generation targets
Willing to provide any training needed.
