Role: Senior Vice President, Revenue Management Location: New York, NY Employment: Full-Time, Salaried Reporting Structure: Reports to Chief Operating Officer – EOS Hospitality
The Senior Vice President, Revenue Management is responsible for the overall leadership, development, deployment, and measurement of company-wide strategic and tactical revenue management initiatives.
This individual will provide direction and support to the Corporate and Property teams to maximize revenue (RevPAR and RevPAR Index) profit and market share through hands-on leadership of all revenue management processes.

This individual should love stealing market share and exceeding budgets and are constantly thinking of ways in which to strategically manage pricing and distribution channels.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Evaluate the current approach to revenue management / e-commerce and recommend improvements supported by data analysis to achieve the hotel and market goals
Collaborate closely with EOS executives including the department heads for Sales, Digital, Brand, and FP&A
Create a road map to ensure all hotels are effectively utilizing technology to produce results and identifying areas of deficiency
Lead the development and training of all company revenue professionals to ensure growth, training, and team development opportunities
Analyze and interpret revenue reports, STR report, pace, Demand 360 data and other similar reports and recommend real-time strategy changes
Support the growth of EOS Hospitality by providing ad hoc analysis as part of the development process. Able to analyze the revenue management strategies of a target hotel and provide specific examples of how EOS would adjust the strategies to drive higher room revenues through implementation of our systems and processes
Participate in and/or oversee weekly or semi-monthly RevMAX calls with each hotel
Communicate with external vendors to ensure the successful execution of revenue management and eCommerce strategies
Maintain a database of all factors affecting markets and submarkets associated with the hotel portfolio, including demographics and changes in supply and demand
Participate in hotel site visits and market tours to obtain first-hand knowledge of our hotels, competition, and demand generators
Produce ad-hoc analyses to evaluate the performance of hotel assets and seek-out opportunities for greater efficiency and better performance
Standardize and automate Revenue Management Systems and processes to ensure maximization of revenues across each hotel, with the greatest efficiency
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position has direct supervisory responsibilities for a Regional VP, Revenue & Distribution and a Corporate Director, Revenue & Distribution
Required Skills/Abilities:
Superior skill required with Duetto, StayNTouch, and Opera. Experience strongly preferred with RMS, RoomsMaster, Demand360, OTA Insights, ProfitSword, Sabre, and Pegasus
Superior verbal and written communication skills

Education and Experience:
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment preferred
Experience with both branded and unbranded hotel platforms strongly preferred
