    THE OPPORTUNITY 

    Kaplan Executive Search has partnered with EOS Worldwide (“EOSW”), to hire an experienced, growth-oriented Operations Leader who is passionate about helping entrepreneurs. EOS is a complete, proven “way of operating” an entrepreneurial company made of timeless concepts and practical tools. EOSW finds, trains and supports more than 230 Professional EOS Implementers around the world, who have helped the owners and leaders of more than 5,500 entrepreneurs and their leadership teams run better businesses, and lead better lives.

    Demand for EOS is expanding rapidly in its primary markets (North America), and worldwide. The new Operations leader will drive the development of people, processes, systems and quality standards to support and accelerate this growth by effectively scaling the dynamic organization globally.  

    As a key member of the senior leadership team, the Operations Leader is an accomplished, strategic problem solver, not afraid to take smart risks, and is skilled at effectively driving positive organizational change. S(he) will independently develop and execute the vision of the operations department and will lead and manage a team of people to create an environment of accountability for hitting numbers, completing priorities (Goals, Rocks and To Dos), and ultimately achieve the team’s and the organization’s Vision. As a participant in Quarterly and Annual planning sessions and weekly Level 10 Meetings (with the other members of the leadership team), the Operations Leader will also have meaningful input into EOSW’s overall strategic direction.

    The Operations Leader is a remarkably effective leader of people. S(he) has proven experience in recruiting and retaining top talent and ensuring that the right people are in the right seats at all times. This dedicated leader will also be resourceful (doing more with less) and will be comfortable working both independently, collaboratively, and cross-functionally, in a virtual setting. Driven to embed quality and consistency across the organization, the Operations Leader will initially oversee product fulfillment/ distribution, event management, and content purity. S(he) will also work with the President/ Integrator on protecting IP and Brand standards.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Attracts, retains, develops, leads, manages and holds accountable a cross-functional, high performing, and soon-to-be global, team. Communicates and works effectively with all levels of the organization: Up, down and sideways.

    • Seamlessly transitions from supervisory to hands-on operational activities. Eager to stretch capabilities, and humbly confident enough to take on all tasks.

    • Serves as company expert and thought leader on operational matters that drive sustainable organizational growth

    • Ensures material production quality and inventory levels meet or exceed company standards and organizational demand. Develops and manages a flexible, scalable, and cost-effective supply chain. Leads and optimizes vendor relationships.

    • Coordinates and manages EOSI Base Camp, Boot Camp, Quarterly Collaborative Exchange (QCE), workshops, conferences, satisfaction scores, etc. for the 230+ strong and growing EOS Implementer community, the lifeblood of the EOSW’s business model.

    • Partners with the President/ Integrator to ensure that IP and Brand Standards are in line with legal, as well as company policies

    • Collaborates with EOSW leadership team (Marketing and Sales, Implementer Excellence, Technology, and Finance) to maximize the company’s performance and to achieve the Company’s Vision.

    • Attends and meaningfully contributes to leadership team meetings, including weekly Level 10 Meetings, Quarterly and Annual Planning Sessions, and other meetings with individual leaders and team members as required.

    • Ensures all members of the Operations Team as well as existing and future programs and initiatives are in line with EOSW’s Core Values.

    • Manages departmental P&L

    CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

    • Core Values fit required

    • Company-changing results as an operations leader required

    • A passion for entrepreneurship and a demonstrated ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment required

    • Globally savvy. Experience in expanding operations internationally, or working outside of the US, or working for a non-US company, or living abroad required.

    • Excellent people skills, with an ability to openly communicate information to team members in a timely, concise, and open-and-honest manner required

    • A broad-based functional background, including functions such as finance, IT, or human resources required

    • Bachelor’s degree required

    • Experience with EOS strongly preferred

    • Previous P&L management experience strongly preferred

    • Success working in an idea-driven or training and development-oriented company strongly preferred

    • Experience with licensing, versioning materials, distribution and/or franchising strongly preferred

    • Work-from-home experience preferred
