PRACTICE HIGHLIGHTS
You would be joining a collaborative team of doctors: 9 doctors total, one owner.
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Appointment schedule – 20 to 40 minutes depending on doctor and case
Vacation - 2 weeks
Week-ends – varies depending on scheduling
Overnights –if ER, 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Currently we have one DVM that only works days, and the other only overnights.

Support to doctor ratio: GP 3 to 4; ER 1 to 3 depending on shift
Fear Free Certifications – some doctors, working toward more and practice
Other Certifications – AAHA
Manager – is an experienced CVPM
Priority/focus – Patient care, client service, life/work balance

Location: Aurora is Colorado's third largest city with a diverse population of more than 398000. Although its highly residential quality and proximity to Denver make Aurora seem like simply a suburb of the larger metropolis, this bustling city has a flavor all its own. With seven golf courses, a reservoir beach, hiking trails and a multi-use Sports Park, the city is a major hub of athletics and hometown to numerous pro football, basketball, hockey and soccer players and coaches. Aurora's emerging arts scene brings forth vibrant theater and visual arts to liven up the city.
History: Opened since 1985, the practice has been proudly serving pets and people throughout Aurora, Colorado. As an American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) accredited clinic since 1985, our team of veterinarians and support staff adheres to the highest standards of facility and pet care.
Facility-always working on maintenance, exam rooms updated. Two levels. Elevator.
Equipment: state of the art. Thinking about adding CT.

ER – paid per shift plus production (10%)
