    ERP Administrator (Yardi)

    Our client is a dynamic and forward-thinking organization dedicated to leveraging technology to enhance operations and deliver exceptional service in the commercial real estate industry. We are seeking a skilled ERP Administrator to manage and maintain the Yardi ERP system within the M365 environment.

    The ideal candidate is a service-oriented professional responsible for ensuring the efficiency, security, and reliability of the ERP system. This role involves providing technical support, collaborating across departments to optimize performance, and driving continuous system improvements.

    Key Responsibilities-ERP Administrator

    • System Administration: Configure, maintain, and optimize the Yardi ERP system, including module setup, updates, and overall system performance.
    • Technical Support: Troubleshoot system issues, provide end-user support, and ensure prompt resolution of access or functionality concerns.
    • Customization & Integration: Tailor Yardi modules to business needs and integrate with other enterprise systems.
    • Data Security & Management: Ensure data integrity, conduct regular audits, and manage system backups.
    • User Training: Develop training materials and conduct sessions to enhance user proficiency with Yardi functionalities.
    • Vendor Coordination: Work with Yardi and third-party vendors for system support, upgrades, and integrations.
    • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
    • Collaboration: Partner with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of Yardi with other business applications.
    • System Enhancements: Recommend improvements, upgrades, and emerging technologies to enhance ERP capabilities.
    • Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain custom reports within Yardi to support business operations.

    Required Skills & Qualifications-ERP Administrator

    • Expertise in Yardi ERP systems with strong proficiency in M365 applications.
    • SQL database experience and ability to execute queries for data management.
    • Strong troubleshooting skills with a detail-oriented and analytical approach.
    • Excellent communication skills to train and support non-technical users.
    • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly explanations.
    • Service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Yardi administrator and in business systems applications, preferably in large real estate or regulated environments.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or Computer Science (preferred).

    Preferred Qualifications-ERP Administrator 

    • Relevant ERP or IT certifications.
    • Project management experience with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
    • Knowledge of data security and compliance standards.


  • Compensation
    $60,000-$85,000 per year
