Job Title: IT/ERP Implementation Specialist

Schedule: M-F 7:00 am to 04:00pm

Position Overview:

Stormberg Foods LLC is seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Specialist to lead the deployment and integration of a new ERP system within our manufacturing operations. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, ensuring system functionality aligns with business processes, training employees, and providing ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end implementation of the ERP system, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.

Work closely with internal teams to understand business needs and customize the ERP system accordingly.

Troubleshoot complex integration failures, working with external integration partners and testing interconnected systems.

Provide training and support to employees to ensure smooth adoption of the system

Develop documentation, workflows, and best practices for ERP usage.

Ensure data accuracy and security throughout the implementation process.

Continuously evaluate and optimize ERP functionality for improved efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

5+ Years of proven experience in ERP system implementation within a manufacturing environment

Experience integrating online B2B catalogs

Proficiency in AWS, SQL, and Excel for data management and analysis

Strong project management skills and attention to detail

Ability to train and support end-users across different departments

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Skills:

Experience with ERP solutions like SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms

Knowledge of system integrations and troubleshooting complex integration failures

Prior experience in the beef and poultry manufacturing industry is a plus
