In this highly visible role, you’ll influence strategy, drive vertical growth, and develop SaaS solutions that support process manufacturing. This is a direct hire position and is remote, with a preference for candidates based in the Eastern Time Zone.
The Role You’ll Play
This position is central to the company’s vertical growth strategy and plays a key role in expanding market share within process manufacturing. Reporting directly to the CMO and working closely with the Director of the SageX3 practice, you’ll help build out ERP-based solutions and drive revenue growth in this vertical. This role is ideal for someone with strong product management experience who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and has a passion for creating impactful solutions for a target market.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with product marketing and practice directors.
Conduct in-depth market research to assess trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
Create roadmaps and prioritize features to align with market demand and company goals.
Own the full lifecycle of ERP business applications and complementary solutions tailored to process manufacturing—from ideation through launch and performance tracking.
Partner with implementation teams and publishers to ensure timely delivery of solutions that meet market requirements.
Define and monitor KPIs such as market penetration, revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention.
Provide marketing and sales enablement teams with targeted messaging, sales tools, and collateral to support growth efforts.
Develop training materials and sales presentations to support internal and external adoption of solutions.
Engage with customers, analysts, and partners to gather feedback and refine offerings.
Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to bring solutions to market effectively.
Travel up to 15-20% to meet clients, attend events, and support sales efforts.
Background Profile:
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in product management and a deep understanding of process manufacturing. They have experience driving vertical growth through SaaS solutions and a passion for collaborating across departments to deliver results.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, or related field.
5+ years of product management experience in Process Manufacturing verticals.
Demonstrated experience building SaaS products that support Process Manufacturing.
Strong understanding of the Process Manufacturing business, specifcally P&L, margins, revenues, and gross profit.
Proven ability to work across functional areas to deliver solutions to market.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
Willingness to travel up to 15-20% as needed.

Experience working in a remote environment.
