Minimum Qualifications:

Proven experience as an ERP Program Manager overseeing large-scale implementations.

Deep expertise in Workday and Sherpa ERP solutions with experience migrating from PeopleSoft.

Strong project management and governance skills.

Ability to coordinate across multiple City departments, stakeholders, and vendors.

Experience working with government or municipal ERP implementations.

Knowledge of financial, HR, and procurement processes in the public sector.

PMP, Workday, or relevant ERP certifications preferred.

Required:

Experience leading enterprise-wide digital transformation projects.

ERP implementation expertise (Workday, Sherpa, and PeopleSoft migration experience).

Project governance and risk management.

Stakeholder coordination and change management.

Specific Skills:

Financial and resource planning.

Process optimization and integration experience.
