    Job Description

    Stream is embarking on a back-office transformation in Financial Operations and Human Capital Management which will be enabled by implementing a contemporary Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform.

    The ERP Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, development and implementation of Stream’s ERP systems across Finance, Human Resources and IT. While the Program Management Office (PMO) will largely be led and staffed by Stream’s implementation partner, this role is the internal owner with accountability to develop, manage and oversee the project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources (internal and third party).

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Overall Program Governance

    • Prepare for and facilitate project governance and Steering Committee meetings to make decisions escalate issues.
      • Provide regular updates and reports to sponsors and senior management on project status, progress, and performance.
      • Communicate with management on schedules, delays, and work changes for ERP projects.
      • Escalate Scope Changes, Issues, Risks, and other Blockers on a timely basis for executive action.
    • Manage timely review and approval of critical project deliverables.

    Program Leadership

    • Create an environment of accountability for all participants (Stream, Implementation Partner, Software Vendor, others).
    • Coordinate with Finance, HR and Technology leadership, team members, and staff to gather requirements, manage expectations, ensure smooth communication, and ensure alignment.
    • Lead and motivate the implementation team, ensuring they have the resources and support they need to succeed.

    Project Planning

    • Review and enhance project plans developed by Stream’s implementation partner.
    • Define the dependencies and interplay between functional, technical, integration, process, data, change management and other critical process threads throughout the implementation lifecycle.
    • Identify any gaps between committed project resourcing and project plan requirements.
    • Plan and think 4-6 weeks ahead of the project to predict future activities, and hurdles and anticipate future projects needs

    Project Tracking and Management

    • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and project milestones.
    • Manage scope changes and ensure the project stays focused on the agreed core objectives.
    • Manage risks, dependencies, and conflicts, taking corrective actions as needed. Actively manage a RAID process (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions) including identifying and mitigating risks and issues throughout the project.
    • Track and manage overall project budgets to ensure projects stay within allocated resources and budget.

    Manage Implementation Partner

    • Serve as the primary day-to-day liaison between Stream and Implementation Partner.
    • Actively oversee and coordinate with the implementation partner’s Program Management Office (PMO)
    • Pre-review project management deliverables prepared by the implementation partner (workplans, status reports, forecasts, etc.).
    • Gain proficiency in the Project Management processes and tools brought by the Partner.

    Vendor and Contract Management

    • Manage key vendor relationships and coordinate with third-party implementation partners, consultants, and software vendors.
    • Identify and escalate any discrepancies between contractual obligations for Stream and each vendor partner organization
    • Review vendor partner invoices and note any concerns before submitting for approval.

    Training and Change Management

    • Ensure change management, training, and communication plans are in place to support adoption and long-term success.
    • Project manage an organizational transformation involving Finance, HR, and IT including the establishment of COEs.
    • Manage change across the organization to ensure gradual adoption and smooth transition of the new system.
    • Coordinate user training on the new ERP system.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Education

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance Systems, Business Management, or related field.
    • PMP Certification preferred.

    Experience

    • Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing ERP implementation projects through the full project lifecycle such as Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, NetSuite, or Workday.

    • Experience with project management tools, such as MS Project, Azure DevOps, or JIRA.
