    Wipro Givon USA has an exciting new opportunity for System Administrator to join our team. The ERP System Administrator will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and connected services. This role will serve as the technical lead for the Epicor Kinetic upgrade while overseeing daily operations of the legacy Epicor Vantage system. The ideal candidate will also support report development, business intelligence tools, and other IT initiatives as needed.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS AND ABILITIES - Are you a good fit:

    Experience working in an ERP system (Epicor experience preferred) and third-party integrations

    Proficiency in SQL, including query development and database management

    Experience with Crystal Reports development

    Familiarity with Java, including Coldfusion Markup Language (CFML)

    Serve as the primary contact for user queries and support

    Ability to work with cross-functional teams and vendors

    Flexibility to adapt to changing technologies and business needs

    Excellent customer service skills

    Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

    Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, bend and stoop in small spaces

    Ability to move around the facility

    Ability to sit or stand for long periods at computer

    Ability to work at a computer station for long periods

    Job Duties and Responsibilities - What will you do daily:

    Lead the technical implementation and upgrade to Epicor Kinetic

    Manage and maintain the legacy ERP Epicor Vantage service until the full transition to Kinetic

    Provide end-user support, training, and troubleshooting for ERP-related issues

    Develop, maintain, and enhance legacy reports using Crystal Reports, Java/Coldfusion Markup Language (CFML), and SQL

    Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across all ERP modules

    Administer and support the GrowBI platform post-Kinetic deployment

    Collaborate with business units to develop dashboards and analytics

    Document system configurations, procedures, and changes for knowledge sharing and future reference

    Assist with other IT department projects and tasks as needed
