    Job Description

    CyberArk is seeking an ESG Manager who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company’s ESG strategy and program. This role involves defining measurable and time-bound objectives, tracking progress, and working closely with various departments to help ensure that our ESG initiatives are integrated into our business operations. This position will report to the SOX Director through the Strategic Finance Group.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement ESG strategies and initiatives that align with the company’s mission and values.
    • Monitor ESG performance, including environmental impact, social responsibility, and governance practices.
    • Oversee the preparation and delivery of the company’s annual ESG report and manage the data collection process.
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote ESG awareness and engagement. Conduct ESG risk assessments and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant ESG regulations and standards.
    • Prepare and present ESG reports to senior management and other external stakeholders.
    • Respond to ESG-related inquiries from external stakeholders.
    • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in ESG.
    • Oversee 3rd party rating agency diligence.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, sustainability, Business, or a related field, or CPA.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in ESG management or 5 years in a related role.
    • Strong understanding of ESG principles, regulations, ratings, and reporting standards.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Project Management experience.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ESG reporting tools.
    • Excellent analytical skills, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
    • Creative and innovative team player with an understanding of the interconnectivity of the business processes and their effects on the control environment.
    • A self-motivating individual who can work independently and as part of a team.

    The salary range for this position is $98,000 – $135,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee’s performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
