The Lash Lounge Chesterfield (TLLC) and the Lash Lounge O'Fallon (TLLO) are local family owned and operated professional lash and skin service salons. We are part of a network of over 134 locations in the United States offering a complete menu of services including Microblading, Lash Extensions, Lash Perms and Tinting, Threading, Brow threads and tints and brow laminations just to name a few. We are proud to create a warm and inviting atmosphere while focusing on the health and care of our guests’ natural lashes. We have P.A.S.S.I.O.N. It's what we offer to every guest we help to look and feel beautiful, and it's how we exemplify ourselves as a community built on love, loyalty, and confidence. We currently only do Microblading at our Chesterfield salon.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a a Dynamic Professional Esthetician/ Microblade Artist who loves giving women confidence through Microblade services and other services we provide. Our Professional Microblade Artists enjoy working with other like-minded stylists and possess the ability to work well with others while simultaneously being able to get the guest to want to return. Our Professional Stylists understand the importance of the safe application of microblade artistry, are highly motivated, mature, friendly and responsible! Lastly, our stylists enjoy a fun and drama free work environment and take part in our team building events...

RESPONSIBILITIES:

MAINTAIN A CLEAN AND STERILE WORK ENVIRONMENT

Create excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude

Educate guests on the benefits and expectations of the microblade process.

Understand and promote products and memberships.

Perform high quality and consistent professional eyelash extension services.

Generate new clientele through our amazing referral program.

Work under the direct supervision of a Manager, Trainer, or supervisor.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Active or soon to possess a Missouri Cosmetology or Esthetics license

Customer service focused; love your guests

Flexible with schedules and appointments

Mature and strong work ethic.

Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on services offered

Ability to work weekends and evenings

Work well with others
